Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Bruce Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the hotel's expectations for cleanliness and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
