We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario, specializing in High Pressure Gas Compressors. As a key player in driving business growth across various industrial applications, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales of Oil-Free Air products through consistent prospecting activities focused on assigned markets.
- Ensure related sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation while achieving highest price realization.
- Increase market share in assigned territory through efficient sales processes and increased market coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hydrogen, carbon capture, and biogas industry.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; French would be considered a strong asset.
- Base salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Commission-based compensation structure.
- 10% annual performance bonus.
- Company vehicle with fuel and maintenance card or monthly car allowance.
