We are seeking an exceptional Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our technology organization, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, accelerating software delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders across the software development life cycle (SDLC) to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to achieve a 25% increase in operational efficiency, resulting in a 25% boost in team output while maintaining existing costs.
- Drive the acceleration of software delivery by 50%, enhancing quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, experimentation, and learning from failures.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership on the status of engineering transformation initiatives.
- A university degree in computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in software engineering as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices across teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
