We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Personalization Strategist to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our ecommerce organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our online shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product vision that drives personalization across our ecommerce platform, leveraging AI-powered technology to deliver a tailored shopping experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, marketing, and merchandizing to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Design and conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate and refine product features and enhancements, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Help define transactional and long-term metrics to monitor and analyze product performance, driving improvements based on insights and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of product management experience, with 1-2 years of people management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of experiment design principles, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working on a personalization platform and technical product management experience are pluses.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
