To make a lasting impact amongst our community of creative thinkers, problem solvers, technical virtuosos, and high-performance application developers, we seek an exceptional Digital Transformation Strategist.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will define focused tactical and strategic agendas that enhance our business, working closely with internal stakeholders on all fronts of the company. This involves making recommendations regarding emerging trends, market dynamics, growth opportunities, and business performance measurement in the development of our corporate strategy and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research, connect the dots, and distill strategic insights to inform strategy development.
  • Develop strategic recommendations, participate in, and support strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Support the business in developing short-term and long-term strategy objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strategic planning and strategy management processes.
  • Collaborate and lead in solving issues related to the organization's strategic direction.
  • Develop opportunity sizing, business cases, financial models, and operational plans supporting strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Distill complex ideas into easy-to-understand messaging and develop collateral for socialization with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain executive-level communications to assist in securing leadership buy-in.
  • Interact with and develop close working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Evaluate new capabilities based on emerging trends in the marketplace to activate high-potential opportunities with a focus on growth.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree and MBA (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy or consulting roles.
  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
  • Experience in strategy development, strategic planning, and execution.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills to ensure recommendations are clearly communicated and understood.

Benefits
