About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key player in driving growth initiatives for PC Express, you will create and execute strategic plans to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business results.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives across owned, paid, and earned channels with a focus on driving customer acquisition, loyalty, and business results.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs, requirements, and business needs for growth initiatives.
  • Assess growth program objectives and develop go-to-market plans and execution tactics.
  • Prepare creative briefs, manage campaign calendars, and projects ensuring a successful launch.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and influencing skills to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years in Marketing or related experience, preferably retail or e-commerce.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles and best practices.
  • Experience executing or coordinating traditional marketing tactics (owned, earned, and paid).
  • Ability to generate meaningful business and customer insights from disparate data.
  • Growth mindset – willingness to disrupt oneself or the status quo, customer obsessed with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects while working effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
  • You easily build relationships and can work with teams across multiple roles and functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
