Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules

- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company is a recognized employer offering support for newcomers and refugees, youths, and indigenous people.
