They will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely meal preparation
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare food order summaries for chefs
- Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be committed to providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
