About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of sales operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties based on their skills and strengths, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and resolving supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales operations role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make informed decisions.
A competitive salary of approximately $$$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
