Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at IHOP Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
