Job Title: Executive Sous ChefSalary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job DescriptionCompany Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Analyze operating costs and other relevant data to optimize performance.
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the cooking staff.
  • Provide guidance on preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to cooks.
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Possess excellent culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a sous chef or equivalent position.
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols and kitchen operations.
