Job Title: Administrative Officer

Fire and Flame is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Train staff and oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective financial management.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organized and able to multitask, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
