Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise other workers and coordinate office procedures and routines.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Travel and Transportation: Public transportation is available for travel to and from work.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Be organized, a team player, and have a strong work ethic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
