At Sinclair Dental Ottawa, we are seeking a highly skilled Commissions Administrator to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Commissions team with monthly preparation of commissions' payments for the sales team as per employment and consultant agreements.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual commissions reconciliations, bonuses, and keeping up-to-date sales employee and consultant records. You will also be responsible for distributing monthly Sales reports and Statement of Commission (SOC) invoices to the sales team, attending to email and call inquiries regarding commission payments, and acting as the first point of contact for consultants and employees on all commissions issues.

Additionally, you will work closely with Equipment CSRs to prepare monthly referral fee commissions adjustment working files and liaise with branch managers and sales teams when required. You will also be responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and updating sales agreements and pay records for sales employees and consultants.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of two years of administration experience, with a strong background in preparing, completing, and approving account reconciliations and analysis. You will be highly accurate and detail-oriented, with excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also be strong in problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

This is a temporary 6-7 month maternity leave contract, offering a competitive salary based on $50,000 to $52,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.
