Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary for this role, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity, ranging from $50,000 to $52,000 per year. Additionally, we provide extensive benefits coverage and the opportunity to be part of a successful team.

Job Description

This temporary 6-7 month contract will see you working closely with our finance team to prepare monthly commissions payments for sales staff, as per employment agreements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly and annual commission reconciliations and bonuses
  • Keeping up-to-date records of sales employees and consultants
  • Distributing monthly Sales reports and Statement of Commission (SOC) invoices
  • Attending to email and call inquiries regarding commission payments
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of administration experience
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
