We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Smoke 2 Snack. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Perform tasks to resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components
- Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
- Permanent position
- 30 to 35 hours per week
- English language required
