Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Manage Inventory and RecordsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are operating within budget and that our inventory is properly managed.
Prepare Food Order SummariesPrepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that they have the information they need to prepare meals to our high standards.
Supervise Tray AssemblySupervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are presented in a visually appealing way and that our guests receive their orders in a timely manner.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods and that our staff are able to take breaks and rest when needed.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
