Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2 For 1 Family Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas run efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other essential skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
Recruit and Hire StaffRecruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver our high standards of quality and service.
Ensure Quality and Service StandardsEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, consistently meeting the expectations of our customers.
Prepare Budgets and ReportsPrepare and submit reports and budgets, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform our business decisions.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Prepare Food Order SummariesPrepare and submit food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that our kitchen is well-equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role
Work LanguageEnglish
Work Hours35 to 40 hours per week
