Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2 For 1 Family Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other essential skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
Lead by ExampleLead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Address Customer ConcernsAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Prepare Reports and BudgetsPrepare and submit reports and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to support the growth and success of our business.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
LanguageFluent in English
Work Hours35 to 40 hours per week
