Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2 For 1 Family Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Lead and Motivate the TeamLead and motivate the food service team to achieve exceptional results, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Prepare Reports and BudgetsPrepare and submit reports and budgets, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve our food service operations.
Requirements- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 to 40 hours per week
