Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2 For 1 Family Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have everything we need to prepare delicious meals.
- Hire and train new staff members to join our team.
- Ensure quality control of our food and service, meeting the high standards of our customers.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating efficiently.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role.
- Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
- Fluency in English.
