Customer Service Representative

FCT is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet and exceed service standards, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
