Customer Service Representative

Billyard Insurance Group is a leading insurance brokerage that is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer client inquiries about insurance products, pricing, and availability
  • Process client policies within guidelines and compliance
  • Work with internal departments to meet client needs
  • Enter data into various platforms

Qualifications:
  • RIBO licensed
  • 2+ years experience in customer service
