We are seeking an experienced and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all service requirements of assigned customers to exceed expectations;
  • Identify and document service requirements and information for each customer shipment;
  • Enter all relevant shipment data and information into our Transportation Management System (TMS);
  • Verify rates, fuel surcharges, and accessorial charges for customer shipments;
  • Problem-solve customer-specific issues from order placement to completion;
  • Update customers on shipment status as required;
  • Proactively communicate service issues or delays to customers;
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism when interacting with customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in freight brokerage/3PL with a desire to grow professionally;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Energetic, hardworking, and detail-oriented;
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
