Service & Parts Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Parts Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships.

Job Summary

The Service & Parts Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and managing service appointments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Book service appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure customer mobility and satisfaction by arranging shuttle or loaner vehicles.
  • Balance cash at the end of the day and handle customer inquiries.
  • Review special order parts files and follow up with customers.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management, including filing and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
