Service Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Parts Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships.
Job Summary
The Service & Parts Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and managing service appointments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Book service appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
- Ensure customer mobility and satisfaction by arranging shuttle or loaner vehicles.
- Balance cash at the end of the day and handle customer inquiries.
- Review special order parts files and follow up with customers.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management, including filing and administrative duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
- Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
