About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence by analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement Lean and Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field (business, engineering, or manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
