We are currently seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize performance. You will develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and track performance improvements.
* Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices in continuous improvement.
* Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools to drive process optimization.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to promote CI principles.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a continuous improvement role or a related field.
* Familiarity with CI methodologies in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, mathematical, and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Lean, Six Sigma certification is an asset.

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
