Job Summary

The Continuous Improvement Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business excellence at IMP Group. This dynamic role requires a collaborative and analytical individual who can foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Lean initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to business areas on Lean methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other Lean activities to drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Lean management systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
