Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. As a key member of our operations team, you will drive business excellence by analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Lean and Industrial Engineering tools.
  • Lead and assist in the management of projects associated with CI.
  • Provide project management on larger continuous improvement projects as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean management systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with and influence a variety of personality types.
  • Proactive with an analytical mindset and a bias towards execution.
