Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team at Images and Beauty Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Ensure that all pricing and credits policies are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Resolve Issues and Manage Customer Requests: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods of time, including during peak shopping hours.
- 2 Years to Less than 3 Years: Have at least 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
