- Merchandise Management: Oversee the selection, procurement, and display of merchandise, ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement, including analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
