Job Summary:
NJSA Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health.
- Operational Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- English language proficiency.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The successful candidate must be able to work at the physical location and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
