**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Edmonton location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- **Achieve Sales Goals**: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Lead and Develop a Team**: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, and customers have a positive shopping experience.
- **Merchandising**: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with buyers and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- **Store Operations**: Oversee store operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and shortage control.
Requirements
- **3+ Years of Management Experience**: Proven experience in managing a specialty retail setting.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to build a strong team and lead by example.
- **Financial Management**: Proven track record of success in producing solid financial results.
- **Merchandise Management**: Strong merchandise management and inventory control expertise.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a positive shopping experience.
- **Communication**: Superior communication and organization skills.
- **Time Management**: Proficient in time management and initiative.
- **Analytical Skills**: Good analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
