About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Department Store Operations team at Narayan Pharma Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Department Store Operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful store operations.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience in our stores.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and inventory control software.
