Customer Success Specialist: Education Industry Growth Expert

Moozoom is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist.
We're a fast-growing, purpose-driven EdTech company re-imagining mental health and social emotional learning (SEL) for K12 students and their teachers worldwide.
About the RoleThis is a full-time remote position with flexible work hours and a competitive salary plus commission.
- We're looking for someone who can drive adoption, renewal, and expansion by overseeing the entire customer journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Foster strong customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Focus on optimizing customer experiences, measuring performance against key indicators, and making data-driven decisions to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Drive Adoption, Renewal, and Expansion: Customer Lifecycle Management
- Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Driving customer success
- Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, support, product, and marketing teams
- Operational Efficiency: Contribute to team efficiency by standardizing processes
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned
- Bilingual (Fluent French and English)
- Degree in Education, Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience (a huge plus)
- Flexibility to handle changing customer needs
- Ability to design processes and workflows to drive efficiency
- Well-developed ability to build strong relationships
- Experienced in supporting change management
- A love of data to share meaningful recommendations/insights with clients
- High energy level, hard worker, demonstrated drive to succeed, and a sense of urgency
- Competitive salary plus commission
