Vention offers a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. As the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth through strategic programs and efficient customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of engineers and customer experience specialists, ensuring timely resolutions of technical and logistical issues.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, with at least 8 years of experience in automation or a related field. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and React is required. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization are also essential.
