Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at IPHo and Grill Vietnamese Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our culinary standards and recipes.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Cuisine Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Vietnamese cuisine, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Experience: Possess 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Work Schedule: Work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant experience is essential.
