Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and safe for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
