Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Pho Tau Bay Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ethnic cuisine, with experience in preparing and cooking a range of dishes. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
