About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
