Driven Brands is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
