About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries and ensuring that their vehicle is serviced to the highest standards. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with our team will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Review and complete repair orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process paperwork and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
  • Assist in scheduling customer vehicles for service work and monitor work-in-progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
