Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Review and complete repair orders, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
- Process paperwork and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles.
- Work collaboratively with our service team to ensure that vehicles are repaired and maintained efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout the repair process.
