About the Role:As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the service process. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your technical knowledge of automotive equipment, will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare and review repair orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process paperwork and documentation in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor work-in-progress and notify customers of any delays or additional work required
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid British Columbia driver's license with a clean driving record
- Working knowledge of automotive equipment and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized equipment maintenance system
