**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Seasonal Programs Regional Operations Manager to lead the sales and operations of Seasonal Programs within Walmart Stores across Canada. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Operations Director and be responsible for overseeing the building, safe display, and storage of bikes and other seasonal builds.

The role involves approximately 50% travel days per week, including frequent store visits. The region covered by this role includes Greater Toronto East, Trenton, Kingston.

**What We Offer**

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure that rewards performance. **Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong management, coaching, and leadership skills with retail experience a strong asset.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • 2-3 years multi-unit supervision and management experience an asset.
  • Computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, appease your client, and the customer.

**Physical Requirements**

This role requires the ability to learn or have previous skills building bikes and other furniture/patio as needed. You will also be responsible for leading training sessions of Master Builders and Build Crew, and responsible for building and assembling seasonal products as required.
