Position Details

Job Title: Senior Business Leader - Long Term Assignment

Grade/Division: Senior Business

FTE/Sections: 1.00 FTE

Schedule: Marketing BMI3C and Business Leadership IDC4UB

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to the business operations of the school board
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve educational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and oversee business operations, including finance, human resources, and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and board policies

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior business leadership role
  • Proven track record of business growth and improvement
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
