About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
