About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective sales operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective sales operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
