Position Overview

The Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales department's functionality and efficiency. This position is responsible for ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources and support to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Distribute material, human, and financial resources effectively to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Coordination: Oversee and coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Objective Setting: Define and establish objectives for the organization while formulating or approving relevant policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee overall human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of approximately 11-15 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Work Environment

Ability to work under pressure and manage a substantial workload effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.

Work Hours: 35 hours per week
