Position Overview

The Sales Operations Manager at Pizza Hut is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the sales department. This role requires a strong leader who can manage resources effectively and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Objective Setting: Define organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Act as the face of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or appoint representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Identify and appoint middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of approximately 11-15 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work under pressure and manage a substantial workload effectively.

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
